The Love of God

March 30, 2018

Hereby perceive we the love of God,
because he laid down his life for us:

1 John 3:16

For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world;
but that the world through him shall be saved.

John 3:17

Jesus Christ The Lamb of God

God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8) Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)

As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
Romans 3:10

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
John 3:23

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world,
and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men …

Romans 5:12

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God
is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 6:23

Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree,
that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness:
by whose stripes ye were healed.
1 Peter 2:24

For God so loved the world,
that he gave his only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in him
shall not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 3:16

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in thine heart that God
hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness;
and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Romans 10:9-10

For by grace are ye saved through faith;
and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Ephesians 2:8-9

Neither is there salvation in any other:
for there is none other name under heaven given among men,
whereby we must be saved.

Acts 4:12

And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many;
and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time
without sin unto salvation.

Hebrews 9:27-28

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Romans 10:13

Behold the Lamb of God,
which taketh away the sin of the world.

John 1:29

I am the way, the truth, and the life:
no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

John 14:6

I am the resurrection, and the life:
he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

John 11:25

… because I live, ye shall live also.

John 14:19

The ABC of Salvation through prayer

By Pastor JD Farag

Admit you are a sinner in need of a Saviour
(Romans 3:10, 3:23, 6:23)

Believe Jesus Christ died for your sins, and,
God rose him up again on the third day

(Romans 10:9-10)

Call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and
Confess with your mouth that he is your Lord
and invite him to come into your heart
and become the Master of your life
(Romans 10:13)

Dear Father God who art in heaven
please hear my prayer.

I know I am a sinner
and I need a savior in my life
to make things right with you.
I believe Jesus Christ is Your beloved son
who died for my sins
and on the third day
You had raised him from the dead.
I confess Jesus Christ is lord and savior
I invite him into my heart
to be the lord and master of my life.

Thank you, Father,
in Jesus Christ’s name I pray.

He was in the world, and the world was made by him,
and the world knew him not.
He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become
the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
John 1:10-12

Now the just shall live by faith:
Hebrews 10:38

… faith is the substance of things hoped for,
the evidence of things not seen.
Hebrews 11:1

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith;
who for the joy that was set before him
endured the cross, despising the shame,
and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Hebrews 12:2

Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.
Hebrews 13:8
