How to stop a bank & its agents in their tracks from repossessing your house

Case: Thou has fallen on hard times. ABC BANK INC has called in its loan/mortgage on thy house and has given thee NOTICE to repossess the house (which operates under statues and codes in legalese) if thou cannot make good the loan/mortgage.

Action: Thou neutralise the situation and ‘move’ as a man (“i, a man“) and operate under common law. Thou issues a Notice for Claim for fair and just compensation from the BANK. Thou also issues Notice for Claim for fair and just compensation from every other PERSON who has appeared at your house to repossess it be he/she is the banker, bailiff, police officer, agent, etc., AFTER ASKING HIM/HER “Is this your wish … Is this your order … For me to perform your Order to let you repossess my house?”

Then, immediately issue a Pro Forma Invoice for fair and just compensation for charges #3 to #6 of Notice of Claim (for the first 24 hours) from the BANK ,and, from each and every PERSON who has come to carry out the repossession. Note: ABC BANK INC and its agents can only repossess thine house in default of thine loan/mortgage – not thine land whether it is leasehold or freehold. Do not let them deceive thee – Stand thy ground – Under common law ‘legal fiction’ cannot own land, only a man can. Make it clear that thou is complying with their Order without resistance so there’s no controversy. They do their job. Thou do thy job.

3.  i will charge you one dollar per second for every second as fair and just compensation for rental when the house you are repossessing is still on my property my land.

4.  i will charge you one dollar per second for every second as fair and just compensation when you damage my property my land when you move the house off my property my land.

5.  i will charge you one dollar per second for every second as fair and just compensation for any loss of soil of my property my land when you move the house off my property my land.

6.  i will charge you one dollar per second for every second as fair and just compensation for any debris you leave lying on my property my land after you have moved the house you are repossessing off my property my land.

Explanation for the various ‘charges’ above:

Charge #3 – The rental charge is self-explanatory. (The re-possessors may wish to replace all locks to prevent entry into the house. Thou then also charge them $1 per second for every second for every lock as just and fair compensation for rental as the locks are placed within the ground of thy property thy land.)

Charge #4 – There’s no technology in existence that would not cause damage to land when house is moved. Tracks of bull dozers and heavy cranes, etc., are also damage to land.

Charge #5 – There’s no technology in existence that would not cause loss of soil when house is moved.

Charge #6 – There’s no technology in existence that would not leave behind debris when house is moved, torn down or even burned to the ground.

There may be other charges man can require but the ones above are sufficient to deter any foolish action.
